well… you can see this way too. i prefer to look at it as if i´m declaring kirupa as a world wide comunity, since i´m the only brazillian regular here i feel that it´s my obligation 
and believe me, i´m not that patriotic… you´re probably twice as patriotic as i am. just as any american is compared to any brazillian.

but its a few years old. Do you think it might have gone bad?
Thinking I might mix up some caiperina ( also can’t spell) this spring.
A friend from Sao Paolo gave it to me, she was hot .

it is cachaça and caipirinha.
cachaça never goes bad, really. and caipirinha is the best brazillian drink ever! do you know how to make it? you can do it with vodka too.
A buddy of mine used to keep a bottle of smirnoff in his freezer.
I remember he would slice up some limes and then put like a tablespoon of sugar in a glass and mix it all up on the rocks, excellent summer drink.
If you have a better recipe , please post.
