I know, I know, it’s a fitness question… again… blah blah.
This question is to Ethan or (American) Dan in the first place, but all answers are welcome.
I’ve been working out for some time now and I see results… but… it’s not looking nice. That’s right, my muscles are like “floppy” instead of firm. It’s not looking like the mucles of a 60 years old man, but still, not firm-ish.
What’s wrong? I do 3 sets of 10 reps / exercise. I try to eat healty, but I still eat one pizza or so every week. No soda, just water. What do you guys eat in a day? I mean, what’s your plan? And do you do much cardio (running, swimming) or not?
And finally, I’m 1,94m (76.44 inches) and 81kg (178.5726 pounds).
