you could make a subtle shadow or glow or something that can emphasis your logo in the pic, so people will notice is more. but really there is nothing wrong with it intergrated like that.

real…after all, that’s what I was trying to do!
The shadow is there for the symbol as part of the hand, if you
look closely. I didn’t want to drag the shadow away from the
rest of it cuz it wouldn’t look right. I think you’re right though, it’s
fine the way it is. Once my logo is a little more known and
recognized, it would be more obvious by itself.
