Hey Unflux, it is running better now… odd, must have been my computer. It wasn’t choppy, just slow.
And I agree with Ilyas, this looks like SOTW material to me. Well that is, once all the sections are up and there are no coming soons (a SOTW should be complete).

lost - i upped the framerate after posting here…so it wasn’t your
computer! It’s now 40 throughout, and i have to agree with your

I gave it a boost in framerate and embedded some fonts that
weren’t before i posted. So, in terms of little mistakes I seem to
miss, all fixed.
ilyas - thx for the compliments! I really appreciate them. I was
hoping some people with stature here, like you, would like my
work [whew]. relieved and thrilled!
as for the pics, I get all my photos and images from either taking them myself, using them from friends, or from various stock photo sites. Nothing special really…other than the ‘fixing’ i do to 'em in
pshop to match my work. Glad you like 'em!
I think it really helps the site along in may ways, and not just for
looks. They all have a certain reason and purpose for being
there. I’m gonna add movement to them as well…just not sure what yet.
As far as SOTW - u think? even if it’s finished? I honestly wasn’t
even going to think about it…maybe I will when it’s complete.

Well I think you should wait for it to be completed before submitting to SOTW, but I think you should definitely go for it then 
And ok… now it makes perfect sense (with the fps change)
Hmm…I do see a bit of inspiration from 2A. Well done I must say. Frame rate’s smooth enough. Good images. Sound? Well, my speakers are not working so I cannot judge that. Simple and nice layout.
For improvements, I would like to add that in the first you could introduce a non-flash page giving an option on how to proceed on to the animation. As in pop up/full screen/normal. The reason for this is because, the second i saw a window popping up on its own, thought it would have been one of those ads and ended up closing it…:sigh:
Good point on that one nizamm, we get so many of those type of sites here that I guess I just became accustomed to that kind of site.
I do prefer a site that allows me to hit the button to open a new window.
And even further, I like it when sites offer a normal window, or pop up window option.

actually, to tell the truth, my intention was to have a splash open
to another normal page with the flash in it. In other words, no
pops at all.
But, I also like the idea of showing it a couple different ways, but
giving the visitor the option to choose. Since the pop is done, all
I need is to create my splash and 2nd index for the normal
window.
