what program are you using to make it? i think that it looks kindof flat, and if you’re using PS or FW or even Flash there are many things you could do to make it look a bit more detailed, and it wouldn’t be tooo hard either 
also, think about where you want to have your info, and make that space prominent.
another thing is that i don’t think those colours are the best choice for a paintball team… think about paintball and what’s appealing about it. Personally, i think it’s exciting, dynamic and fast, but those colours are kinda muted and don’t really jump out at the viewer. Try some bolder colours, maybe a nice combination of red and something…
if you could work out how, it would be cool to have some paint splats as a background
I agree with pie it looks flat maybe use some textures or detail it up.
paint splats and brighter colours too.
At this stage it looks kinda techno, but paint ball is in my eyes anything but technologically based.
