Problem downloading 3dsmax:/

I signed up for the 3dsmax download, and received a download link by mail.
But here you see, is the problem:
When I click on that link the site I get to is an error site. And it says:

I am going crazy… I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE FFS!

I tried to turn off my firewall, but no luck
I didn’t quite know what the 2nd one was, but I shut down all download software like limewire and stuff.
I tried to use both IE and Firefox but still no luck.

Please help me out here… what could be wrong?!
