So I’m in the market for a new system for my house. I’ve always stayed clear of Dell computers. I’ve heard a bunch of dell hardware horror stories and the prices were never that good, so I just built my own machines.
There is a great machine I can assemble for $600 with a 19in wide screen monitor and free shipping.
It’s really tempting.
I’ve heard rumors that Dells use proprietary hardware and that you have to buy Dell memory/Power supplies/Drives because other manufactures equipment won’t work.
This this just total BS?
