I need to start packing on the muscle (and lose a few pounds), My new position doesnt allow me the opportunity to play hoop and lift as much as I would like to. So when I do I need to maximize muscle gain and weight loss. What supplements are a good choice for someone who is relatively still in good shape and athletic that wont have me bouncing off the walls? I dont want to get all super human lookin, mainly just to enhance performance and look better naked…lol. My natural abilities are on the decline as I get older, (having trouble keeping up with the 20 year olds on the court). I need to substitute old age for brute strength.
