And about the whole call center thing. Wtat happened to the days when you could book a hotel room with that hotel? So you can talk to someone local about area attractions if there is shuttle transportation to local sites and whatnot.
I tried to contact this hotel directly the only number they list in the phonebook, information and online is the hotels.com call center.
But you are right. I have all kinds of unresolved anger problems
