Setting up a web camera

Does any one have any idea of how to get a web camera to show up on a html web page. i am trying to add my cam to earthcam.com . there is a page on there that was telling me how to get it to work and i followed the directions correctly but it still isnt working.

i have been using Microsoft Net Meeting but it takes to much time to set up.

i also heared that there was a way to make a web cam viewer in flash. if so could some one make one for me that works and we can talk about money when the time comes:cool:
