So I had my xbox360 for not even a month right? All of a sudden it starts giving me the 3 flashing red lights of doom.
Naturally, I called the support hotline.
Here’s how it came down. I explained the problem, and also that the console is more or less brand new and I that I take good care of my stuff. The support guy was EXTREMELY apologetic and helpful and said that UPS would pick it up within 2 days, replace it and ship it back within 10 days. Everything cost-free of course.
Now, I was kinda happy with that I mean less than 2 weeks, that was more than I had hoped for, but then he went
“Sir, to compensate for your inconvenience I will also give you a 6 month subscription for xbox live gold free of charge.”
I mean seriously … haha : ) I did not expect their support to be that awesome. Guess I should re-think using a mac huh? Apples support sucks balls with a vengeance.
