My core 360 was giving me some problems (artifacting in all my games), so I sent it back earlier this week (Tuesday) and they sent me a replacement one that I got today (Friday). Not only was that quick but they sent me a premium! So I got a free HDD out of it all!

12/2: Called Microsoft with problem
12/5: Received box to send back 360
12/6: Sent the console back
12/7: Arrived at their facility
12/8: They shipped the replacement 360
12/9: I received the 360!
All this at no extra cost. Overnight shipping, repair/replacement, and premium upgrade for FREE!
