So that’s the big question. There’s this one CPU control program I want to use but it requires .Net, and that’ll be the only thing using it. So far, I can’t find any other program that does the same thing. My spec:
1.8Ghz Centrino
512DDR
40GB HD
If I do install it, does it slow down my computer when I’m not using it?
