Show html page in a table cell?

hi, im fairly new to web page design but i want to know is it possible to load a .html page into a table cell?

If that isnt possible then is it possible to have a table cell with an overflow control such as a scrollbar if the content is to big.

It sounds like the IFRAME is what you’re looking for. Here’s a link to a page that explains how to use it. Please take note of the fact that it isn’t fully supported by all browsers.

The section which is blank and just the light grey colour which is surrounded by the clouds is just a table, is there any easy way of making a .html page load up in that table that im likely to be able to do or understand ?
