I’m looking to make a simple document with form fields check boxes and the sorts. Have it hosted on my ftp and make it so it can be changed and updated by anyone with no restrictions.
I own dreamweaver and am more than familiar with html and the web in general. But not so much server based stuff such as asp and the like.
Can anyone help me, or give me a point in the right direction or how to do this?
