I use MS Access 2013 not very often, but last time I got - Microsoft Access has encountered a problem and needs to close. I only opened my saved database that was all. I hope somewhere there is a Repair MDB tool.
You may need to post your question on a MS support forum. Not sure there are a lot of MS Access users here
