I think the site looks great. The only problem I had was sometimes I would lose my mouse when going over your center graphic. I mean after I came off you graphic my mouse was still invisible. Other than that, I really liked it.
the overall site is nice! i dig the colors and the basic layout. the
animations are decent, and you have a lot of good ideas going.
what i think you should do, is have your menu all in one place
though. I hate having to move all around a site to get to all the
pages and sections. making navigation easy on the visitor should
be a design’s #1 priority IMO.
your splash page needs a lot of help…pretty broing really. that
image of you (i assume that’s it’s you) is terrible quality, and the
idea has been used a lot. I would suggest you try to come up
with something a little more original.
I would also suggest you boost your framerate to smooth it out.
A lot of the animations are choppy and slow.

about the mouse.hide…I don’t know what the code is to make it appear as a normal mouse so I will fix that soon, but I liked the idea of not having the mouse get in the way of the image.
As far as the splash page, I just needed to make something quick and as html is not my forte I made it hastily…I will have something up differently soon.

I agree with the splash comments. Why not just skip the splash, add a Flash detector and jump right to the page itself??
I also loose my mouse in the center and find it irritating.
Perhaps drop down menu’s would work better for you. Less mousing around for the expanding menu items.
Liked the overall design. Clean and everything worked. Nice transitions.
