The lag has dropped considerably since you removed the custom pointer. I’d say keep it gone. It was nice looking but the performance gap isn’t worth it!
Ok… this was bugging me but I figured it out… I thought I had seen your logo B4 and I found the site that your logo looks almost exactly like: http://www.ar2design.com/

Nice music man I just love it…I can listen to that song all day man! you do have to work on the fonts its kind a hard to read on the background…but music rules man!!!

I love the site. I think it would look nice with a more contrasting background and a background picture. I was messing around with photoshop (with ur sites music playing in the background, it’s awsome) and it turned out kinda cool looking so i’d thought i’d show u. mabey u could do something like this?

I’m sure you can come up with an original logo, music selection and splash page. The rest of the site seemed promising and seeing that was a real let down.

Sure everyone get inspired from something or someone but copy someone else hard work and ideas is not such a cool idea… 
yes ar2 has inspired alot of the work Ive done so far… I have tried my hardest not to “rip” but at the same time I love some of their ideas that they have used and I am still new to web design game so I havent even figured out my style yet… Im just happy that I have been able to make what I have so far… But you guys are right I guess it is a little to close
It’s understandable when you’re new to this whole thing, It’s great that you’ve came this far with your work and everything. Your design and ideas can still be saved though. Just tweak some things out. Get rid of the oh-too-similar logo, the splash page(which I see you have already done away with), and change up the music selection though wonderful.

well Ive came up with a new logo and splash page… I havent finished the splash yet but here a sneak of what it looks like… I think I really like it because of its simplicity 
I appologize for earlier also as I do understand that this whole trade is about creativity and design and I truthfully wasnt trying to disrespectfully rip off the other site I just kinda wanted to see if I could even do what they did and I have found out I can so I am taking this as a learning tool and moving on but let me know what you think !
hmm… can’t use that… someone has already done that logo too… no not the Red Cross, there is another design company that uses that, I don’t want to have to hunt it down. sorry ;(
logo seemes copied, dont know whome copied whome, other then that site looks nice, maybe a change of font too…get pixel fonts.

Well I definatly havent seen any design sites have this one but its so simplistic that I really dont see how it could be considered copied… I mean its like an international symbol. I think Im going to use it anyways because of that
well specifically it’s used by a design company called The Hospital… the edges aren’t rounded like you’re but the dimensions and thicknesses are identical.
well then I guess its back to the drawing board…
Give this poor guy a break a bit. At least he’s trying to fix it.
