Good idea with the navigation, but the colors are a little bit sad. And the background looks empty.

I also agree, the idea for the user interface is creative. But the colors are faded. Try changing the colors of the rollover buttons by making them contrast over the already greyish and silver tones. You have them blue, but it still blends in too much. Try an orange or a glow effect. I think it’s by adding a small element like this, that can greatly improve the feel of the site
