Could someone explain why my flash fla increased in size when I imported an mp3 into the library, even after I removed the mp3 from the library.

When you import the mp3 it becomes part of your FLA so it will obviously get bigger.
If you remove it from the library by using “select unused items” then deleting it you should go back to your original sized FLA.
If it doesn’t then try saving it as a different file name.
I’ve seen that happened, remove the mp3 from the library ,save your changes, then restart your pc it worked for me
mmm… tried both suggestions, the problem is still there. Guess I’ll have to live with it. Thanx.
