For realz, about a month ago. I no longer have a Windows machine (here where I live anyway). No, not Ubuntu. Arch Linux. Here’s a screenshot (x-posted in the desk thread for March):
I’m finding everything I need, and I am LOVING the command-line nature of things. I have a bad shoulder and not having to use a mouse is great (and also efficient).
And I love how I can use MY preferred email client through SSH - oh and look at torrent download status, do administration, and basically everything else.
So um yeah. And I’m using 80MB of memory with my usual apps open.
