Soca Warrior Mini Site

Hi All,

I have learnt so much from the tutorial and examples on this forum that I thought this is the place to have my project critiqued. I am not an artist so forgive my graphical representation of the vector people… :slight_smile:

Concept a mini support site for World Cup Qualifiers… Credit must be given where it is due, so thanks to the tutorial on 3D in flash by senocular I was able to do this. The 3d uses his tutorial and I just did the nescessary to to add the same easing when a soca warrior is clicked etc… All of the info is pulled from a MYSQL data base and using php parsed into a static XML file which is then loaded into flash, parsed and randomly places the warriors on the stage.

I also experimented with Flash 8 easing class for the tweens of the warriors etc…

hey thanks … any suggestions on how I can improve it? It is lagging? etc… I have got it at 24fps… trying to cater for slower machines etc…

Cool thanks… i was thinking about making light in the skyline building come on when day changes to night, and have fireworks go off in the sky…

yeah i would go with that… skyline lights and fireworks will make it work… :wink:
