nearing the end of the semester, so i’ve been bombed with last minute projects. :pirate: here’s some stuff i did yesterday, though. they were both drawn on a online program called “oekaki,” which is a few steps up from microsoft paint.
wow those are nice, the one above reminds me of this painting from an artist whom I can’t remember his name. oh well :-\ Did you draw the mouse from scratch?
:edit: oh i remember his name now, it’s Roberto Matta! =) :edit:
the mouse was done from scratch, if you mean simply if it was created from a blank “canvas.” i did use an image reference, though. first i made the background, then on a new layer made a white blob and began adding details to it until this came about :o i hadn’t really done realistic animal works before so i thought i’d give it a shot!
its very scary that u can paint something like that… it looks real. infact the only thing which would seperate it from being real is it looks like it has been smudged.
I bet that you heard that before but I goona say it anyway:
I ARE AN INCREDIBLE DIGITAL ARTIST!!!
That work with the mouse is stunning! The realistic detail is awesome!
The impressionist/abstract painting above is bealtifull too, but the mouse thing, is pure ART, the skills to do that stuff is very rare, i must confess that I´ve seen a zillion numbers of digital works that made me droll, but that mouse is on top of them.
it may have been me. i used to have one similar on the old forums but it was really different (when come to think of it) and i had a different name then…
