Steam Effect required::::::::::::::::::::::

So I’m wanting to create a steam effect that will rise from the bottom of the stage to reveal an image(Movie Clip) in the center of the stage and keep rising until the “image” has come to 100% alpha. What is the best way to go about this? Thank you for any help response.

This may require some after Effects work. I don’t think Flash could do it convincingly enough.
