I hate my in tray. We have to create a workplan for everything we do. and i mean EVERYTHING!

Permit to dig, permit to lift. Risk assessments etc…

We will need a plan to go to the toilet soon!

Don’t tempt Management.

We’re supposed to be a paper-less company. And I seem to have a small rainforest worth on my desk. Grrr.

heh! tie yourself to your computer and make an environmental protest!

or just play tricks on people.
why not:
[]leave a mouse trap inside your in-box
[
]put clingfilm worund the seat of your managers toilet
[]hide behind the photocopier and leap out at someone every once in a while
[
]bring an invisible friend to work and introduce him to everyone
[]bring a pet parrot to work and teach it to swear
[
]send amusing e-mails to everyone, explaining that you dont know how to use the e-mail program
[]work naked
[
]move your computer to the center of the room, explaining that you farted
[]look at your neighbour in a knowing fasion and say “you may as well admit it, i know it was you.”
[
]…and i cant think of anymore.
I may have issues with some of these, especially number 7… :stuck_out_tongue:

heh, not suprised. Ive actually done a few of these before. (not the naked one!)

good way to eliviate boredom anyway

I’m just working my way through my mp3 playlist and a packet of Polos. Can’t be arsed to do much else. :sure:

Done the forms and that now, so taking it easy. I have also been shopping for birthday presents, which is always stressful.

another productive day in the office then  i want your job! they wont let me shop :*(

That was on my lunch break, I hasten to add. And I have never missed a deadline or anything yet. :beam:

I love my job, I really do.

strange… i always thought the wastebin was the “Out tray”

Nope, not for me. Any new stuff, straight in the bin. :stuck_out_tongue: I don’t do ‘paperwork’.

me neither, paper just sits there and collects dust (this way my desk stays clean underneath (-: )

I’ve got a nice pile of brand new CD-R’s and CD-RW’s that they bought me on here, and a load of folders. Couple of books on Java and ColdFusion, folders of work and a try thing in one corner that I try to avoid as it contains all the new stuff.

Hahhhahahahhahahaha…

sigh

I managed to turn up 30 minutes late to my Core Biology GCSE exam.

Did the school phone home when I wasn’t there? Nooo…
Did they check to see if any of my friends had my mobile number? Nooo…

 • You get the picture :).

Fortunately, I was able to have my full 1 hour and 30 minutes which meant that I just took the exam under a little pressure (due to turning up late, wondering where everyone is, looking in the examination room and seeing everybody sitting down at their desks writing away…).

It’s amazing how badly that can screw with your head ;). However, I think I did rather well in the exam lol :bad:.

Apparently, if you’re an hour or more late, you cannot take that exam… aren’t I lucky it was only 30 minutes late? :).

JK.

That was lucky… Did you get the time wrong?

Well yeah, sort of. We had a week of study leave (last week) and before that we had a few exams. My only afternoon exam started at 2pm… so I assumed that all afternoon exams started at 2pm. Apparently, that’s not the case. They are supposed to start at 1pm but for some reason the Biology exam started at 1:20pm (which was good for me because it meant I was only 30 minutes late rather than 50 minutes late…).
