Wow - that is a blatant rip! The games don’t necessarily belong to the kirupa.com site though, so him using the games from this site isn’t necessarily wrong.
What is wrong is that he may have put the games up there without getting the game creators’ permissions. Where is the T-90 I got free in the mail… :evil:
