i am thinking the same thing

maybe it is £1740.99

but coldfusion is over £1000:crazy:

It’s cheaper to buy Studio MX because you’re getting a big discount. On the Macromedia site, Studio MX is going for $899.

Many software companies do this as well, they sell bundles for a lot cheaper.

didn’t Microsoft get suied for that

including loads of software in windows

its a BIG price drop though, even so…

There is a Student version of Studio MX that’s cheaper for well, students really. It could be that one?

yeah but you got £3000+ software inside that package

Why are you complaing? Its a bargain bucket! :thumb:

  • Soul :s:

i’m not i just never seen anything like it

i paid more then that for my Flash and Dreamweaver Mx and i am a bit pissed off now;)

Look, if they’re only charging £175 for Studio MX, then take it. Don’t ask questions. :stuck_out_tongue: My copy was about £600. :sure:

Thats the Student version Chris,

You cant use that for any commercial work, its only supposed to be for ‘learning’. Bit of a bugger.

Cheers :bounce:

yep, it is stupid !!!

if only that was on the amazon site for us!

Well, who knows if its going to be for commercial use anyways? :stuck_out_tongue:
I mean, there won’t be any water marks on the work you day?

no water marks or anything, and from what i hear they never check anyway, or so my friend says.

I’d still go for it, if you want to invest in Studio MX. It’s worth it.

yup. always check the student versions, you get prices that go down to 1/10th of the original prices - including 3dsmax, c4d and lots of other softwares… and then the upgrade/licence to the ‘true’ one doesnt cost as much as buying the original anyway…
