Ok so I want a bunch of themes for kirupa.com, but kirupa him self has been coding them so I thought of a great idea. We have a battle to see who can make the best css to go along with a header.

[]You can use any header from the contest
[]You must upload your css file along with header in a zip file
[]You must keep the same width as the header
[]No JavaScript allowed
[]If you use icons or any other images, the must be in the zip file
[]No style can be more then 300kb uncompressed

I think around 2 months is a good time for everyone to get in there styles after that, we will judge(still not sure how judging should go)
