Suggestions for good flash books?

Hello Kirupa,
I am thinking to buy a flash book, but I don’t know which one. I have basic knowledge of flash, but I don’t know any actionscripting. I’m very interested in design and I’m willing to learn. Could you help me out which book to buy?

From your list, I really liked Hillman Curtis’s “Flash Web Design”. I haven’t read New Masters of Flash, so I won’t be able to give you much info on that. From what I’ve heard, a lot of people like the New Masters of Flash book.

Flash 5 ActionScript Magic is more of an advanced book takes you right in to programming math-intensive animations, combines physics, etc. It’s a great book to use after you have a basic understanding of Flash. Check out some of the ActionScript books above on my link. They may help.
