I wrote a LONG WINDED post on my blog about this and just don’t want to rewrite all that, so i’ll just link directly to the post because it explains known issues, future updates, and usage.
it’s basically a scroll bar that allows you to choose the type of scrolling (easing or instant), the axis you want to scroll, and if you have arrows or not.
