Ever played bowls? Or seen it on TV? (It’s quite a British sport in which people in white gear throw black things that look like this at other black things that look like this only with different coloured dots.) This looks to me like an all terrain version of a bowl. It’s pretty cool though, I like it.
They look like … metal holders with not-yet-painted truck tires on them to test their flexibilty in some Pirelli factoy
