^I love there individual sceduals you can pic the best time to kill them… lol. My bro’s like lvl 20 or 22 i forget and i’m at lvl 10.
One of my friends did the whole main plot allready and is only lvl 9 (close all 16 gates or so). I love how they set that up lol, too lazy to finish the main quest. So if you really want to just rush though the game (note the main quest is probably only 20hours of gameplay all together. And thats probably like 2% of the whole games questing.
Hey Fester,
What i did was I went to my local EB’s and Gamestop and asked if they had preorders for 360’s still, one finally told us they did (in Albany, NY while i was doing college visits) and they said they were giving the people a day to claim them, then selling them the next morning. We waited until 10 mins before the store closed that night and then bought one. I’d ask if they got a shipment of them for preorders, and if they are gonna sell ones that dont get claimed, and when they will. That might be your best bet. I ended up waiting four hours in the mall for mine (didnt wanna drive back to CT then back to Albany), but it was worth it.
Also, this game is so good! You’ll love it. I didn’t like Morrowind, but i love this game.
I picked up Call of Duty 2, it was fun for a bit, but kinda got boring. It doesnt have the greatest XBL gaming either, snipers are always a 1 shot kill, so people just walk around with them, makes for no fun.
My parents went out to target when they open and see that they have 5 premium 360’s. They buy 3 , to give to my friends. We get home and call my friend to tell him we found him a 360 for him and it turns out his mom decided to go searching for them too and bought 2 also.
so now we have live 5 extra systems… when they were so hard to get originally. My mom kept one (she like to play arcade) and we sold two of them to other friends… it sucks though, there was a heat sink problem on one of them, so after playing PGR for about 5 minutes the textures would start to disappear, then after 10 minutes the buildings turn into jagged polygon blobs… then it overheats… we had to send it back :crying:
Interesting little note: The 360’s in stores now are a little different than the first day launch ones I found out. The hard drive is a little different color. The packing is different, the manuals are different, the stickers are different, and I think it runs quieter.
So who has a house? I’m in Bryma right now and its a pretty nice place.
Oh… I would hate to be on the 360 btw, one of the mage quests glitched on me so i had to use the concil in the game to fix it which you guys dont have and would have to start the game all over again… And i’ve heard of a few other glitchs but this one is the biggest if you do the quest wrong.
Thanks for the tips everyone! I called Best Buy in a drunken stupr last night at about midnight. Someone from the security department answered. I asked about the 360’s and she said she was standing on the loading dock looking at about 10 premiums and 15 core’s.
I set my alarm clock to wake up a bit early. They were opening the doors as I got there and There it was.
So I bought the premium, Oblivion, Ghost recon and a 2 year warranty.
Had to change my gamertag though. My old one expired and I could not prove I was me.
so now its: BESTON
what am I doing here? - there is a brand spanking new 360 is my living room.
Thata fantastic Fes congrats on your new accquisition you’ll  it
I will be adding you to my friends list bro I suggest you get Burnout Revenge though its the funnest live game ever dude.
@wizard dude are you serious the missions were a walk in the park, the previous Ghost was a bit harder and longer thats my only grudge with the game its too short but its fabulous.
And if you cant get a x360 today thursday more will be shipped so be on the lookout although according to this article http://www.kotaku.com/gaming/xbox-360/get-your-xbox-360-today-164554.php stores should have about 150 x360s although I highly doubt it but you should at least be able to find a x360 now without getting raped on ebay
This is the best RPG in the past oh quite a long time… Anybody who loves RPGs should get it, it revives a dead genre! Also, its in 3rd and 1st person who I guess FPS can relate to it… BTW, what race, atributes, and levels are you guys? My main guy is a redguard, Close Combat oriented, level 10. Ive done the main quest up to the Sancre Tor mission… Rest of the time, Ive done Mages and Fighter’s guild quests.
I’m a master in Alchemy and Destruction Magic (barley ever use it but it lvls very fast). Working on my bow and never touched a sword yet lol.
Big tip your rings and necklace should be enchanted for Feather if you a mage or archer.
BTW, My house is so nice i bought everything for it and decorated it to look really nice (and its got like 50k at least in weapons and mostly a billion different special Arrows).
Wouldn’t it be the best if they made an expansion that added Morrowind and the expansions into Oblivion.
^Are you sleeping just waiting doesn’t do it? And dont do the main quest it slows you down just go get some gear im like lvl 3- (i stopped lvling like i said earlier). You can lvl by gaining any combination of attributes. Jump everywhere or do the *rubberband trick. Although if you picked really crappy major attributes that you never use then you will notice it takes a tad longer, becuase each battle takes so long. Keyboard+mouse+xbox360=would be so much easier for you guys. Ask grim what to do.
Is your system set up differently like how do you change weapons and stuff fast? on PC the quick keys are 1-0… i mean there must be so many different key combinations.
*Attaching a rubberband on each joystick and letting your character go around circles for a good night (do this in the water and you will get exp 2 times faster… or run into a wall).
That sounds very interesting. I have been sleeping regularly. It tells you when to sleep - “you should rest and meditate…” when your going to level up.
I tried go to intot he first gate - but holy hell my guy is way to weak to go 1 on one with those deadra. I can only kill them by keeping my distance with a bow and arrow.
So I left that and tried my hands at the guilds. So I have been doing a ton of just wandering around on the side quests and not really advancing.
Apparently I havnt been intot he right towns.
Another thing is I cant seem to find any good enchanted weapons to steal (so I can fight the undead)
I dont have the money to afford one legally lol
On the xbox - Y and the directional pad are for your quick keys - kinda sucks because you can only assign 8 options.
Wow does this game have me by the nuts
I played yesterday since I woke up (11:00-AM -9:00PM) The only reason I stopped was to watch the Sopranos.
I did manage to figure out my leveling problem. It was what you said Templarian. The major attributes I had were not the ones I was using that often. (Sneak, Illusion etc)
Once I started casting low level lighting spells and sneaking around and jumping a whole hell of a lot, I got my guy up to a Level 7.
I have been trying to get all of my recomendations from the mages guilds. I have six done so far. I cant believe how HUGE this game is. It seems every quest I take on, I take on two more before completing it.
I have cheated a tiny bit with the “dupe glitch” Nothing major, just for some healing potions. Because I cant seem to get good money. Most I have gotten for completing a quest is $150 gold…pfft…
Why do I have to have a job?
All I want to do is go home and play…
That processor isn’t wasted. It is what makes this game truly “feel” like a true living world, instead of like GTA where you could tell the city was only active in your direct area.
