I often read that the 2Advanced site was (and sometimes still is) people’s favourite Flash website. Especially for Flash website designers and artists. Check out the Flashkit forum. I think some people visit it every day!
I think it’s a very well done site, with killer effects and feel, but that wasn’t the first website ever where I thought “WOW!!”.
I couldn’t stop watching it and played the intro over and over again. The speed, the effects, the music, everything was so perfect and with a lot of energy. I love the music change when you hit the button “services” or “credits”. For me, this was my first #1 site. It’s kind of old now, but it’s still amazing!
I think 2A is over-rated. Sure they are great at what they do, but if youve seen the job requirements, you would see why, its almost impossible to get in unless you know 167 computer and web languages and 279 different programs.
I honestly think there are people out there just as good and/or better than 2A, but they get no credit because 2A soaks it all up like a sponge.
i remember saying the word ‘wow’ when i first saw 2advanced’s site…
i was delighted when the verticle columns of shades of blue, spread apart at the top of the page, to accomodate the header and what not. At that point, i realised that Flash truly does kick major butt!!

Well said…my thought’s exactly. that “skills required” list is crazy.
