Since the guy has reason to believe they might engage in an illegal activity, as they only have one bed, I feel he has every right to refuse service.

If you are a business owner gay or not income is income. Yeah you can refuse to service to anyone but I would rather give business to a gay couple than a hot chick smoking crystal meth in my house. there is my two cents
