A few people have emailed me with the concern about this line in the disclaimer from the gizmodo contest made by gizmodo
Any similarities in our future designs to contest entries will either be coincidental or overtly acknowledged, and no wherein between, alright?
After reading it closely it does sound like they are reserving the right to use the designs or elements of the design. Now I particularly dont have a problem with it long as they make mention of me if they were to use my design. But I can see the concern of others that dont want their design used unless they are paid. What do you guys think we should do? I dont want to make a mountain out of a mole hill. But it is a legitimate beef.
