Dunno where the hell to post this!
Design being that industry it is, a lot of people are going to want to start studios of various sizes, and produce work under their own unique name.
Just thought i’d share how I think up business names (heh… i’m sure i aint the first to do things this way… anyway it’s one idea thats’ come in handy a few times)
1 - Think of a word that defines either your product, or your working methodology
2 - Go to http://babelfish.altavista.com/, throw it in the translator, and see what translations result (french… italian)
This way you get a unique name (that sounds so cool that nobody knows what the hell it is), that still means something and relates to your work.
