I have just spoken with poor students who are going there, while they get drunk trying to forget how much they spent on college and they are failing…

Troubleshoot Macintosh hardware and software in an educational lab.
Provide printing, scanning, burning and file-transfer assistance, and more to students.
Supervise students while attending the Macintosh Lab.
Enforce lab policies and maintain the facilities.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of Macintosh OS and hardware, and will also be articulate, attentive and knowledgeable of most of the following software programs:

Adobe’s Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier, Acrobat, and InDesign
Macromedia’s Director, Flash, and Dreamweaver
Quark Xpress, Suitcase, and Web Browsers

Previous customer service experience a plus.

This is a part-time position.
40 hours/week, 37.5 weeks per year
Salary: $12.00/hour

Our Store Managers, on average, have been with the company for over 13 years and average in excess of $85,000 in total compensation per year. In addition to the Store Manager position, there are three additional levels of restaurant management positions: 2nd Managers, 3rd Managers, and 4th Managers. Average annual compensation for these levels of management: 2nd Managers - $45,000/ year, 3rd Managers - $38,000/year, 4th Managers - $31,000/year.
