It´s just that we have bumped each other on posts a lot lately, and by mere chance I was on the helping side. Could have been all the way around.

But of course, Edwin doesn’t design too much in Flash that I have noticed, so I still vote Kit, but for programs like Photoshop and Painter, etc … I vote Edwin.

Personally, I would hate to have to try and isolate the five “best” people. After all, how would you define the “best”?

Ilyas, David and SBeener have collectively got the handle on ActionScript. But having said that, Rev and h88 all seem to know Flash inside out and back to front (I envy you all). Lost is one of the most talented Flash people I know, Eilsoe has a seemingly limitless imagination and knack for drawing. Renn has some fantastic art and animation skills… You see where I’m heading?

I guess the good thing is that we all have our individual strengths. You can guarantee that if a question is asked, one of us will know how to deal with it. And we teach each other how to do stuff too, so we’re all constantly learning.

And the thing is, none of us think we’re “better” than anyone else, but that everyone else is “better” than us.

Argh, how cheesey does that all sound?

Weird isn’t it? Like, Lost says he’s not very good with Flash, but I think he knows it all backwards and standing on his head. :slight_smile:

I agree Kit, I’ve been here since October and there isn’t a day that I’m not amazed by someone. Lost, David, Pom, Sonmi, just to name a few, but I can go on and on. There is a tremendous build up of talent here and my only wish was that I would of discovered this site sooner.

Its true that I forgot to mention some people. you guys listed a bunch of names that I never heard of, but some of them made me regret that list I made: Edwin, Davey, bit-101,…
Not because the list is wrong, but because listing people is wrong.
