Anywhoā¦ I still have a ton to learn about Flash. I have a lot to learn inside it, and then I havenāt even started on server side flash like working with PHP, XML, etc. I worked with XML and Flash a bit a while back, but I wasnāt good at itā¦ at all. So I figured that meant I had to learn more about Actionscript before I took it up again.

I would rank XemonerdX as the top guy in actionscript, his stuff is totally amazing, and in the same time, heāve got a good experience, he can easily figure a solution to a problem, guys, you should check his posts out in bitās forum. 
phil, of course i like you. you are one of the most bizarre humans iāve ever met, but i always have to come back to see which incredible theories you are putting forth this week!
as far as the best flashers, itās so subjective. there are so many styles. iāve gotten pretty good with actionscript, but i hardly do anything with decent design, mostly cuz iām too lazy and just concentrate on code. on the other hand, there are people who do really beautiful stuff that has nothing but a few gotoAndPlayās and button actions.
it probably makes more sense to talk about āfavoriteā rather than ābestā flashers.

Yes, favorite should be the term used here instead of best.
Guess it all depends on what sort of Flash work you prefer, really. Designers will go for one thing, and programmers will go for another.
