I was wondering about who is better with shipping. UPS or FedEx (timewise) and (costwise).
I dont really know how they compare… I always use UPS and never have any trouble, whether it be standard ground, or same day air.
I imagine there wouldn’t be too huge of a difference between them.

I like fedex better. My dog scares away the UPS guy and then they’ll keep the package and say someone must be home 8 AM - 6 PM and if no one is there, they’ll ship the package back to sender. For some reason, the fedex guys aren’t afraid of my dog though.

But I remember that in “Cast Away” the guy who survived a plane-crash and lived 15 years or sth like on a desert island worked at Fedex!

my dogs are the same way, but they are 1 ft tall (yorkies) so they guys arent afraid… brown is what my dads co. (kelloggs) uses, so i assume there must be some benefits…

FedEx (motherboard) beat the UPS(case) guy by almost 2 hours to get to my house from the same location.

well, you gotta consider location. maybe the fedex guy was closer on his route to your house than the ups guy. also i think they ship bigger packages towards the end of their routes. i personally choose UPS because of their tracking system.

Yeah, I really do like their system - very easy … but then again I’ve never used anything else other than brown, so I would really know if it is way better then others - but for what its worth… their system is awesome.

I always use UPS.
In fact, the UPS guy that always delivers knows us because we always use it. He even knows that when no one is home when he gets here he can find my mom at work and deliver it there…lol. Somehow we always get the same UPS guy, kinda funny really.
they were both from the same location Union City in California. on from googlegear.com and one from another place were i got my case. But the fedex people were in a city called vetura like 10 miles away from my house and UPS were close to Los Angels. Also UPS started a day after FedEx did. But the fedEx guy was a jackass soooo FedEx wins :goatee:
