Wanna get a look?

@ the next flash version (hurry, don’t know how long it will be up…!!) =>

PS: mods only please…

haha where did you get that? :stuck_out_tongue:

that’s cool!!

don’t ask…
cool, but too small…(the pick), too bad…
looks like it’ll be a MERRY X-mas this year then…can’t wait

I already have my $150 (hoping upgrade will be that much) standing by.

I can’t wait as well, I’d like to see if they worked-out bugs, also would like to have a look at the new AS Features…

PS : http://webdiary.ru/?id=17

ActionScript 2

Wow, i’d be glad if we can have a look at some features… =)

They can make as much new functions as they want. all i want is improved math functions.

SOOO PURDY!!!

I already have my dreams of owning the MX2 (or matador, or whatever they are calling it) Studio package.

But that’s all it will be… a dream :frowning:

lol i saw this screenshot at bit-101’s… i don’t quite get this though:

Matador: for the Web designer, interactive media professional, or subject matter expert developing multimedia content. Emphasis is on creation, import, and manipulation of many types of media (audio, video, bitmaps, vectors, text, and data).
Toreador: for advanced Web designers and application builders. Toreador includes everything that is in Matador along with several powerful new tools. It provides project management tools for optimizing the workflow between the members of a web team made up of both designers and developers. External scripting, databinding, along with other features, make it particularly useful for large scale, complex projects that will be deployed using Flash Player along with a hybrid of HTML content.
… will flash mx2 come in 2 versions ;(

cause that would totally suck :frowning:

that would totally suck!!!

http://www.kirupaforum.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=22993 :-\

I read “somewhere” it’s s’posed to be designer and coder versions, but that would really bring it down, no need for 2 version
…and all this naming stuff in that other thread… now that it’s all MX, just keep it MX!
A VW Golf is a Golf, maybe Golf2/3, but it’s still a Golf…

on a side note, there’s this pretty interesting product coming from MM… can’t wait to see the final product

http://www.macromedia.com/special/royale/

I don’t like their new names!
What’s “Contribute and Royale” as opposed
to “Dreamweaver and Fireworks”… not even mentioning Flash…

Royale sounds like “let me have a royale with cheese” (pulp fiction movie quote), and contribute sounds too much like taxes…

and then, read this: !!!

I don’t like this divide into designer and developer… I do both, does that mean I have to get two versions? :sure:

Nah… But seriously I’m not too keen on this segmentationidea they have going…

You’d only have to get Toreador, Kit…

It still sucks though. :frowning:

Oops, skimming text again. :sure:.

Yeah… But for the certification exams, there’s developer and designer and it’s almost like “never the twain shall meet”, you know? :sigh:

yeah, the new names do blow :-\ Toreador and metador are a little better than royale though (and I totally got the pulp fiction connection when I first heard it too)

as for activation, that sucks. But as of now I only have my studio MX installed on 2 machines so I think Ill be able to live with that. Ill just be sure to upgrade hardware concurently :sigh:

… in terms of the picture, thats all good and cool but what interests me most is that bottom most panel on the right. Does that say behaviors? =) that will be sweet :stuck_out_tongue:
