We are currently looking for an experienced Web Developer/Webmaster to work with our interactive team in creating entertaining games for some of our television properties.<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]

[FONT="]Responsibilities<o:p></o:p>[/FONT]
[FONT="]<o:p> </o:p>[/FONT]
[FONT="]• Design, development, enhancement and maintenance, of online applications and sites.
• Create and manage content on websites and administration sites.
• Develop diverse server-side programs that require interaction with database. These include: online postings, polls, building subscription systems, vetting systems, applications that allow users to upload and download files, systems that allow for mass e-mail outs to subscribers, activities that allow for instantaneous interaction between multiple users (such as chat rooms), server-side interactivity for Flash games.
• Provide web-hosting configuration, maintenance and support on Linux and Windows platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot Linux server from command line. (Would be nice to have Shell Scripting experience.)
• Configure, design and maintenance of databases.
• Provide backup solutions for hosted websites.
• Be able to write well documented and efficient code.
• Participate in the development process from design to release.
**Required Skills **/ Experience
• Strong, proven experience building web applications using PHP and MySQL database on Linux and Windows environments.
• Expert knowledge of commonly used web programming/markup languages including: HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, Javascript.
• Good understanding of OOP programming.[COLOR=red]
[/COLOR]• Strong experience in website configuration on Windows and Linux Platforms including:
o Good knowledge of IIS and Apache webservers configuration
o Good knowledge of database installation, configuration, design, optimization, replication and maintenance
o Good knowledge of general web hosting administration on Linux and Windows platforms
o Dynamic website design, development and delivery, including effective user interface design and web usability
• Must be a motivated self starter and passionate about technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment <o:p></o:p>[/FONT]

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
