I don’t really like any of those sites that you posted, but if I must pick one then I would pick this one:
I think it’s the cleanest out of all of those posted, but it could still use some more work. Some of the text is really small and hard to read.
As for your first draft, I don’t like the color scheme, reminds me of Christmas and the text on the top banner isn’t aligned correctly.
