The logo is kinda off balance…The circle is not 3d was that on accident?? I dont like the colors I thing a colored bgrd will do better. You should do a lil something more with the nav and the header. Maybe a lil more graphical. I like how things are laid out seems to have nice spacing. Also I would put a footer in there just for balance and to show an end to the bottom. Other than that this is a nice start I would not scrap but maybe massage it a lil bit.
