Why’s that funny? 
I work for an advertising/design/marketing agency. I mostly do web design and development, but I also do some print design sometimes. We mostly do political & nonprofit stuff. We have been doing more and more work for other cool local companies, but historically our bread and butter has been politics. We are very morally-driven, so we only do work for people we respect/agree with, which can make some things tough, but it also makes it really easy to sleep at night.

I work for the number two insurance agency in my city developing stufv for agents, employees and the public. They sort of hide us in a building offsite.

I used to be a general web developer / graphic designer but then our roles got shifted to proper flex app developers. Steep learning curve i tell you!
