What do you mean Practice?

a lot of people have asked me how to get good at drawing or flash or something along those lines. My answer is always practice. Usually they are confused as to what i mean hehe. basically to get good at anything u just go do it, read on it. and keep going despite failures and dissapointments.

each files is something i thought worth saving. For every icon there are about 10 to 20 images i didnt save. BTW these are just the files from the past year (october31 01-today). hehe ive been at this 3 years now.( this doesnt include my flash stuff either)

DRAW DAMNIT DRAW!!! LOL, the more you do it the more comfortable with it you get and the better you will see yourself getting :slight_smile:

Hey Edwin, whats your bandwidth limit? You must have a lot to be able to post up your artwork like that. I had a huge gallery on my old site and it just killed my bandwidth within days so now I’m not too sure if I want to post up that much artwork on my new site. Oh and I was wondering since you’re a Deviant member, Is there a limit on the number of artwork you can post up? I’ve been visiting that site for awhile now, but never really was interested in joining till now.

my bandwith is enourmous thanks to okgonow.com hosting. they provide me with a free domain name and lifetime hosting. The guy that runs it liked my work and felt bad i was uploading all my work to a tripod.com server. (i also made a small flash advertisement for him) Oh and i just realized i didnt have the Photography folder open haha!

oh yea, one more thing, I guess you missed my question about Deviant, do they have a limit on how many pieces you can post up? Just curious cause I was thinking of joining.

oh sorry. there is no limit that i know of. and deviant art does support remote linking :wink:

Yes Edwin, you are a little weird. I wish I could use my wacom as effectively as you do. My hand is very shaky and I can never get my drawings to come out right because my tablet is too sensitive, but on paper my drawings come out pretty good. Oh well…I guess I’ll just have to get my scanner up and running :slight_smile:

i am only at the point where i am drawing by hand i don’t think i’ll be drawing on computer with any skill any time soon
btw, do you write any tutorials?
