well yes it is bad it seems you ahve exceeded your download limit call them and ask them if they are monitoring how much stuff you download in a month and ask them if they have a monthly bandwidth limit most companies do, just ask and if they say yes ask them why didnt they orient you about the limit (seems you have not been oriented) and if he gets ify cancel and get a cable provider that doesnt have limits on your monthly bandwidth gotta read more guys with all the $hit going on theses days you never know

Some may… Some may not… it’s crazy stuff man… Anyone will say anything and do anything and then turn their backs on their word… So you never know what happens.
They are most likely trying to see if you are hosting a website from your cable connection, which is against their TOS. Port 80 is the TCP port that HTML uses. So if you don’t have a web server running on your PC dont worry about it. =) If I typed in http://your_ip_address_here you would get a message that I had been blocked on port 80 as well.
