WHERE? - Cheapest Barebones or No OS Systems?

I am in the market for a new desktop. I have a cheezy 733Mhz Celeron desktop that just aint cutting it. It just rots in my bedroom. I use nothing but my wi-fi enabled laptop. Its not the best machine for designing on.

I am in the market for a new box. I have been looking around for a while now and I cant find consistant pricing.

I have no particular CPU preference. (I am one of the odd few that see the advantages of both AMD and Intel.

Anyways,
If you know of some good sites out there for me to browse please fire me some links.

Thanks.

http://www.ubid.com (it’s like ebay for computer crap)

http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Home.jsp (used to be called googlegear.com but had to change the name due to legal issues)

I would use http://www.pricewatch.com or http://www.cnet.com to help cross reference sites
