I like them both!

But the icon of the F in red in the top corner of 2 should be changed to a silver F, as the red is the icon for the flash autoring tool.

it really depends on your content within the site as well. The first one has a more personal feel to it and seems more friendly, where as the second has this techno-feel to it. Interesting, but not as warm.
