Lately I have seen a lot of people with custom XP themes, yet I STILL dont know hoe to install them. I know there are several programs out there but some seem to need to edit the ‘extheme.dll’ I dont personally know how important this is but theres goota be a reason why its in windows.
Anyway I was wandering what programs do you lot use, what sources you get your styles from AND if applicable how you create them.
